Ammit Concept Sketch

A whole month without as much as a peep from me as of late....let's change that, shall we?

This is my take on a character from Egyptian Mythology, Ammit.
According to Egyptian lore, Ammit awaits those who have recently departed. The weight of their sins would be weighed against the feather of Ma'at. Should their sins be lighter than the feather, they may pass on to the peaceful afterlife, but should their sins be heavy, they are then devoured by Ammit, experiencing the torment of a second death, and never to know the comfort of the afterlife.
