A digital rendering of Crystal, one of the heroes for the upcoming comic "Countdown to Ragna Rock".

She is basically going to be the team's martial artist and, at times, spiritual guru when things really get hairy. A little girl at heart, Crystal tends to display bouts of childlike wonder and amusement alongside her more serious, more adult martial artist side. Unfortunately, this means that, at times, she can be somewhat naive in her train of thought. She is a very friendly person other than that, and most of her fellow Acolytes agree that it's very hard not to like her, even if she does pout a bit and can't cook to save her life. (Ordering take-out can be fun, yes?)

Crystal is hydro-kinetic, in others words, capable of controlling water in any form (although ice is something she has a lot of trouble with). The sashes dangling from her arms can couple as water skins in case of emergency. She is also a very adept swimmer, (having been trained at the Sacred Falls as a child) and can stay underwater indefinitely (NEO thinks she has gills! That makes her a FISH GIRL!)


I am designing a second costume for Crystal, one which is more skin-tight, and thus, more appropriate for underwater missions. I may tone down this costume just a bit. It's a little too detailed...even for me! Well, enjoy.
