Character Interactions

Hey, guys. What's up.

For those of you who have been following my Ultimate Nickelodeon Brawl Stars X Gallery, you would have noticed that each character has quotes for when they enter battle, when they win, and when they give their two cents on the Victory Screen. A few have even been updated with quotes for various actions, like Tag-ins and when they're knocked out.

Most importantly, though, are what they have to say to the other characters in the cast.

Certain characters trigger changes in what others have to say to them. These can be references to in-show events, for example, Korra reacts in horror to seeing Amon as her opponent and Jimmy yells at Sheen for hijacking his rocket (thus jumpstarting the events of Planet Sheen). Some are in-jokes to characters being related in some form or fashion (like Rudy commenting on how he and Tommy sounds the same since they share the same voice actress, E.G. Daily) Others are reactions to something that hits close to home (a funny example would be Kitty Katswell being grossed out at Stimpy's habit of eating his kitty litter, and a more serious one would be Asami and Vega bonding over having to rebel against their evil parents for the common good.)

Understandably, the quotes you see each and every time I update refers to the cast -at present-. That means that if I haven't revealed that character as yet, you won't see any quotes referring to them at all (to keep them a surprise). However, as the cast grows, I update the quotes of the entire cast. For example, Raphael now has updated victory quotes if he fights characters like Ren and Stimpy or Tai Lung (regarding them as mutants and a hot headed martial artist like himself, respectively). Before, these didn't exist. Events that take place with new episodes may also cause new material to be written or old ones to be changed.

Whatever the case, whenever I update, be sure to check out the bios of the characters the new one is taking to. They might have a new, special interaction with that character! (Also, it may be a hint to a character reveal, just like Professor Calamitous foreshadowed Beautiful Gorgeous!)
